Can I use your layout/graphics for my own purposes?
As flattering as it is for people to have interest in my work, no. I worked hard on these and they are for myself. However, as stated above, if you would like me to make you something or use something made by me, go to Akutenshi.
What do you use to make your sites?
I always use Adobe Photoshop 6.o for my layouts. I might use Microsoft Paint or Jasc Paintshop Pro 4.o sometimes. All of my layouts are coded in MS Notepad or Wordpad, and uploaded with SmartFTP.
Why the name "reikou" and what does it mean?

Sorry, I will not build a site for you. And as flattering as it is to be invited to work with you, I have too many projects by myself that I have to complete as well. However, if you're a close friend, feel free to ask anyhow.

I emailed you many times, and I got a "email address is incorrect"/did not get a reply. Why?
My email usually comes up as with a REMOVE. Delete the REMOVE. The purpose of it is to avoid spam. If I have not replied yet, it might be because I just put it off for later or have forgotten about it. Or you might've emailed my msn account. Feel free to email me again, if that's the case.
