Rules/Qualifications
1. No stealing, plagarizing, begging for graphics. Act maturely.
2. No illegal or pornographic material.
3. No excessive swearing or vulgarity. No typing "LikE diS" or "l1k3 7h1s".
4. No direct linking off my server.
5. Link back somewhere. (This shouldn't have to be rule, but it does.)
6. Be knowledgable (design, html, etc). Your site must work in Firefox.
7. Have an example of your work up somewhere for me to evaluate.
8. There is no updates rule, but don't leave a dead site.
9. Back up your own files. MySQL will be backed up for you.
10. Your site will be removed if you cannot comply with the above. It never be deleted without reason, and you will get notice if there is such a reason. Rules are subject to change at my discresion.
Looking for collectives/networks; anime/manga/gaming shrines; art sites
Will consider weblogs or personal sites; approved fanlists, cliques
But no mp3 rotations, galleries; hatelistings, or other hate related sites
Benefits: 5-15 mb of space, ftp account, subdomain (you.reikou.net)
